Unresponsive. Doesn't answer phone messages or voicemails. Quick to take a deposit but not good with updating on plan of action.**Edit**Giving 4 stars due to the phone call from Troy. We understand things happen and are looking forward to a beautiful outdoor area.
I had Troy quote me in the summer or fall of 2022. I scheduled for spring of 2023 to have my deck refinished with composite as the original wood had been painted over and multiple areas needed to be addressed. They had to tear down all the stairs and build new stringers. This wasn’t as simple and straightforward as just doing a redecking. There were initially a few areas in which I wasn’t happy with the result or finish, but they made things right by correcting those areas. The reason that I initially picked Vineyard was not the pricing, but the way they seemed like they would take care of whatever needed to be done. We love our new deck and highly recommend Vineyard Construction Company, especially if you have Steven & his team do the installation. He is very organized & is an extremely hard worker. He probably knows more about decking than anyone in the Tri-state.
