The staff at the Deerfield Towne Center location is outstanding. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. Alayna was particularly instrumental in helping me resolve a situation with an online order by calling customer service and getting fast results. I’d received products that I never ordered and had already called online service four times, to no avail. Alayna was kind, attentive, and adamant about rectifying the online issue. Her dedication to customer care is highly commendable, and truly appreciated!

Totally my fault for not checking, but this location closes at 8 and my friend and I arrived 10 mins before close. We were told multiple times they were closing (totally get it, ready to get out of there I'm sure!), but the sales associate still helped us and was friendly without being rushy. Gave 4 stars because I went in for a Mac foundation and they had every color except mine! Apparently certain shades have to be ordered online.
