The best thing here is that people actually respect personal space. I’ve been to gyms where members crowd around machines or film constantly, but this place feels much calmer. One trainer helped fix my running posture on the treadmill and it reduced my knee discomfort almost immediately.
I can’t say enough about this program and the people. Kevin has been training me off/on for over 13yrs. I wouldn’t stay or keep coming back if they didn’t deliver. They honestly care about your goals and help you achieve them that is realistic for you. It’s a safe place for a beginner or a pro wanting to tweak or get started. I have learned new tools to help me navigate a healthy lifestyle in all situations. Highly recommend this gym!
When I first started, I was fearful that I wouldn’t connect with you guys and that it would be something that I wouldn’t follow through with. I also felt guilty about spending the money on myself to do this so I was beating myself up about that. The main challenge is simply the distance of getting to the facility. Prior to connecting with you, the fears, frustrations, and challenges were just getting myself back into a workout routine and sticking with it. My mind is not as old as my body so I tend to think I can do things I used to do in the past. However, that is not possible. So when I tried to workout like I used to, I failed miserably.
