Steve was timely and friendly in a call back at the end of the work day. He scheduled a home visit in the next couple days (not an urgent issue).
Steve and Ethan installed a sump pump and a back up sump and the battery backup unit to my existing sump pump setup.
Steve has the heart of an educator and explains things in great detail so you the home owner understand your plumbing system.
