Brad from Roto Rooter did an exceptional job replacing our backup sump pump - while also repairing our main sump pump. He was on time, polite and professional. We would use Brac and Roto Rooter in the future.
Russell did a great job. Woke up to a very cold shower. Roto Rooter had someone out within an hour of my call. The new water heater was installed with no problem and the old one hauled away!
