Brad did an exceptional job replacing a backup sump pump and repairing the main sump pump, arriving on time, polite and professional. Russell had someone out within an hour for a cold shower, installing a new water heater with no problem and hauling away the old one. Russell was quick and efficient, genuinely helping fix a problem long term. John did a fantastic job finding and fixing a shower leak with a quick response and exceptional work.
We experienced a sudden drain blockage and were not able to use our sinks, toilets, etc. I called a few plumbers local to me but no one could come out till the following day. I called Roto Rooter and they made it a priority to come right out. They found and corrected the problem quickly. The technician who responded was professional and knowledgeable.
Chris Browning supervised 6 different co-workers from Roto Rooter to help identify our issues (including a handful we were not aware of). He was extremely informative, had the utmost patience with our questions and concisely outlined all of our options and related costs. He essentially educated us to where we could make the best decision possible.
Chris DID NOT try to “sell” us anything - his role was as a professional advisor. Hats off as well to Roto Rooter as an organization - all of these 7 people that worked / inspected the job (which was several thousand dollars) were professional and well skilled…good people are not easy to find.
