I love this office! Amazing facility, great response time, and you can tell the staff care. Dr. Getty is amazing and brings such a warm energy into the room. She listens to my concerns and genuinely helps me. The nursing staff is great as well. I received my first painless flu shot recently from and very intelligent woman who I don’t remember the name of unfortunately. This office has made me feel supported to get the care I need. Thank you! Definitely recommend as a primary care, getting your labs done in the same office is a major plus!
I was going in for a meeting with dr Mahmood the endocrinologist which went well. However he ordered some blood work which was done by a man who did a poor job. He used a needle that was bigger than other needles that i have had used on me before, and to make matters worse, he stuck it in too far and was wiggling the needle in my arm to get to the vein! Unacceptable! It left a lot of pain in my arm for the next 3-4 hours. Be careful with who draws your blood.
My primary care Dr has my medical health in her hands she’s has excellent bedsides manner and treats her patient s how she wants to be seen in an Dr. office! Thank you Mason Primary care. Her LPN Grace is amazing.Blessed
