We've used the services of this lab location many times since it opened. They are coordinated, usually fast and always courteous. Their blood draws are always near painless and always efficient. The only long waits we have had are because we showed up at "rush hour", the times most people have free. Even then the wait has been 30 minutes or less. And to top it off, they are located very near our home. That doesn't add a star, but it surely is nice.

This location is our go to. The staff are professional and happy to be there. The wait is never more than 10 minutes. Renee put my mind at ease early in my day. I'm a hard stick, but she made it so easy and painless.

This is my go to lab. I've used it 5+ times in the last 6 mos. Only once was there a substantial wait. This is a smaller lab with only 2 phlebotomists- if I have to go at peak times I expect to wait . Each time I've gone the phlebotomists have been professional, concise, and done an excellent job following my Dr's sometimes confusing orders. He's received the results the next day via fax with only 1 exception when he got it in 2 days. I believe I went later in the day on that one.
