I returned my order over a month ago and still haven’t received my refund. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them until they fix how they treat their customers.

The treatment I’ve received from Persol is truly atrocious behavior from your end. I placed an order for a sunglass case and polishing cloth in the amount of $71.86 . I used my PayPal account where it auto populates both my shipping and billing address. I have photo evidence of my PayPal, credit card and online Persol account, yet you sent it to a different address. Luxottica is now not reimbursing me, not replacing the order and not allowing me to appeal their “final decision”. So what you’ve done is stolen money from me and not giving me any recourse. Atrocious and unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from a company.
