Terrible, I dropped two dress shirts and a pair of pants to have them dry cleaned for a wedding. I dropped them off Monday (5/6) around noon and was reaffirmed multiple times on the phone and by the lady at the front desk they’d be available for pick-up on Friday (5/10) at 7:00am. I confirmed this multiple times because I had to leave that morning, so I needed to make sure they were done (they were sure they would be). Well, I go to pick them up this morning and only the pants are done. I ask the lady what happened to everything being done at 7:00am, and she just gives me a crappy attitude and says “well the truck won’t be here until 4:00pm”. I understand that...read full review

Consistently great service especially for suits and dress shirts. My husband and I love the convenience of a pickup and delivery option and we love supporting local too! You guys are awesome! Keep up the great work! :)
