“Terrible, I dropped two dress shirts and a pair of pants to have them dry cleaned for a wedding. I dropped them off Monday (5/6) around noon and was reaffirmed multiple times on the phone and by the lady at the front desk they’d be available for pick-up on Friday (5/10) at 7:00am. I confirmed this multiple times because I had to leave that morning, so I needed to make sure they were done (they were sure they would be). Well, I go to pick them up this morning and only the pants are done. I ask the lady what happened to everything being done at 7:00am, and she just gives me a crappy attitude and says “well the truck won’t be here until 4:00pm”. I understand that my turnaround was fairly quick, and wouldn’t been ok if it was just said they couldn’t do it to begin with, but this was ridiculous. I don’t appreciate being lied to.
After writing the initial review I received a call from them and in a much friendlier tone they explained the situation to me (was an issue with a separate place that does the laundry). I don’t know why they didn’t explain this to me initially, but I won’t hold it against them. She gave me the address of the laundry and I was able to pick up my clothes directly from the cleaner. They lady I spoke to on the phone did her best to help remedy the issue and I’m very thankful for that.“
