Love the service here. Aly is amazing, she is so wonderful with kids and adults. She makes you feel like her most important client of the day.

Thank you, Laken, for a great cut and honest consultation. She listened to my concerns (thinning hair) and offered suggestions that would work well for me. This included scrapping my suggestions that she knew wouldn't work. I appreciated that!

The salon is very clean and stylish! I've been going to Laken and she does such a fabulous job. Her attention to detail is unmatched! She is very attentive and professional. She makes sure you get exactly what you ask for! She isn't happy until it's perfect! I have come here several times and have already booked another session for later in the year. I will cpntinue to come back because the service is spectacular! I am thrilled to have such a fantastic local place to get my hair done!

A week ago today, I had an appointment with Aly for a haircut. I took a photo and explained the type of cut I wanted. Needless to say the haircut did not even resemble the photo given. About 3/4 of way through I saw what she was doing and expressed my dissatisfaction. She got the manager and I told her this was not the haircut I had asked for. The bangs were too short and the layers were a mess. The girl was going to town with thinning shears even though I had asked for volume. The manager did her best to even things up but it didn’t fix the fact it was not what I had asked for even with a photo. The manager said if I got home and fooled with it and still had problems, to let her know. Well o sent an email and expressed my feelings and the fact that I paid $45 in total for an awful cut. I allowed 5 days for a reply and have gotten none. If there had been an apology and at the very least, a partial refund, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I wanted to at least give opportunity to hear their comments on the matter. I do not like leaving bad reviews but, right is right.

This was my first time at an actual salon and I had a great experience. I think Laken might be an actual wizard; over a month later and I still love how my hair looks everyday.

Requested style: Requested a style for a special event. Beyond my expectations.

Stylist: My stylist was very intuitive on what I needed. Not only did my hair look great for the evening but lasted all weekend!

I always have a good experience at Simply Gorgeous. Everyone is kind and welcoming and they do a great job. Prices are very reasonable as well.
