We had a great experience with this company. My hubby called and spoke to Hanna who then ordered the parts overnight to fix our water logged furnace. We were in dier need to get our furnace fixed from our flooded basement. Chuck showed up around 5 to replace the panel and by 6:30 he had everything up and running. We like to help small companies thrive. Great teamwork!

We had a ductless A/C and heater combo installed, and working with Monarch has been a great experience. We were referred from friends who also used them for a ductless system. Monarch answered all my questions, sent me multiple estimates for different options, and the guys who came out to install were professional, knew what they were doing, and our unit was installed within a few hours. This is going to make a huge difference in our midcentury Cape Cod that had no HVAC upstairs. Recommend!
