I got my haircut done by Alexis, and she was absolutely professional. I really appreciated how she took her time to make sure I got exactly the style I wanted. I honestly didn’t expect such great service at such an affordable price. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend her for a haircut! ❤️

Requested style: Drove from Hilliard to Marysville because I was told Karisa would be in... NOT SO... they made a mistake. Ooops... needed haircut, so let someone else trim my hair. It was OK. She followed Karisa's note just fine. I

Update:I'm not sure what happened but I checked in online and showed up to checkin and found my name not on the list. I was told that NOW your name falls off 20 mins after your "quoted" time. So now I've been sitting here for an additional hour and still have about 40 mins to go because of all the people checked in online ahead of me that have been on the list since I've been waiting, yet ironically, their names have not fallen off yet. I was always told you had at LEAST a 2 hour cushion before it fell off. So much for convenient and quick. I will definitely be finding another place to get my hair cut after this experience.
