Our AC unit suddenly stopped working, and this company exceeded expectations. They were able to come out earlier than scheduled, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed in under an hour. As a bonus, they even cleaned the unit before leaving. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this organization. They even came same day. I thought I was going to need a new AC unit. I had two companies come and look and both told me that I did. When Ellers showed up they did a full inspection first to see what the problem was. After about 15 mins of looking ( let me also mention that the tech had an apprentice with him and helped him the entire way to diagnose the problem), the tech told me he has a suspicion of what was wrong. They decided to break into the unit and run some tests and sure enough, it was a simple fix. I cannot thank Eller & Sons enough! Our ac was not cooling & we called another business that sent out a technician that said we not only needed a new ac but furnace too totaling 18k! Thankfully we got a second opinion from Eller & Sons the following morning and only needed a $200 part! Not only is the ac fixed it’s working better than it was when we moved in 2 years ago. It is so hard finding reputable businesses reputable and honest businesses. Nick was amazing!
