I went in got a highlight and haircut, but didn't know if my hair would hold up to bleaching. Heather was amazing, and did a test strand which ended up telling us it would have destroyed my hair. I have been going to the same beauty shop for a very long time but they could never cut it the way I wanted no matter how I tried to explain to them how I wanted it cut.
