Went there to get new glasses, took both pair of glasses in to the visit. Specifically asked for exactly what I have here. I was assured the order was correct, they gave me the cost and I paid. The lenses come in and are wrong. Now it's my problem that they can't do their job. I'm stuck with glasses that won't allow me to do my job effectively because I can't see, and I paid good money not to be able to see.

My daughter and I went for our first appointments and from the moment we walked in the entire staff was fantastic. They were super friendly and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about the doctor. He took his time to explain my diagnosis and was very thorough. He cared about what I had been through and voiced his understanding when I got emotional. Afterwards, they did everything possible to lower my bill and found the best possible solution. Tey were all amazing and I am so thankful that I found them. Hopefully, I'll be able to remain a patient there for good. Highly recommend!!!
