Based on the reviews, Dave Roush Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing provides outstanding service and customer care. The team is very prompt, very professional, and very reasonable. Small town workers with integrity still exist here. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend the business. Seth provides yearly maintenance and is very helpful and knowledgeable, educating customers on equipment like humidifiers, filters, and thermostat systems. The technicians, including Carl and Miguel, are absolutely wonderful, very polite, friendly, and professional. They answer questions and explain everything, cleaning up well after the job. The boss even calls to check if everything is ok, showing what a great boss and great employees they have. The company handles water pressure, AC, furnace, heat pumps, and plumbing. They are prompt, fixing problems quickly and waiting to be sure everything works correctly. Customers appreciate the quick response and great price. They look forward to having them work on plumbing next.

Outstanding service and customer care from Roush Heating and Air Conditioning team!! Not only did Seth provide yearly maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system, he educated me! He was very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining new (to me) equipment: humidifier, humidifier filters, power on/off, thermostat system, summer/winter damper and necessary maintenance moving forward. I appreciate excellent customer service and I will return to Roush for additional support!! Thank you for continuing to serve and educate Marion, Ohio!
So to start with my daughter is also my landlord. We have been having trouble all winter with the furnace and trying to save money and fix it ourselves! Big mistake! Fortunately my daughter and I had both had prior experience with Seth from Dave Roush so we decided he was the person to call. He came this past Monday (the same day she called) and determined there was a big concern with the heat exchanger-slight concern about fire but big concern about carbon monoxide. After discussing whether to repair a 23 year old furnace or replace we decided the best decision was to replace.
