After dealing with an intermittent AC issue for weeks, BNK Heating & Cooling was the first company to diagnose it correctly without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs.
The technician was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, clearly explained what he found, and was completely transparent about the pricing before any work was done. There were no surprises or high-pressure sales tactics.
Best of all, my AC is working perfectly again. I'll definitely call BNK again for any future needs!
BNK, moved in the building on Morgan Street. The owner Bill was an excellent salesman,very nice person. On the day they installed our Air conditioner system, the installers, we're on time. They were experience and very professional. They did an excellent job and even clean up before they finished. They did an outstanding job. We are very satisfied with our air conditioner and how good it works. It was also good to see the owner Bill come over to see the finished job, which we really appreciated. If you need any work done or a system, we recommend BNK Heating and Cooling, they will do a great job!!

Well, this Paul went ABOVE and beyond servicing our furnace.
He was a pleasure to talk to, work with.
And VERY knowledgeable of what was needed to get heat in our home in one of the few COLDEST🥶 days.
And customer service?
Omg! Again.... ABOVE & beyond helping us to get the financing we needed to purchase... the rep worked with us AFTER HOURS until 8pm to get this finalized and INSTALLED the VERY NEXT AFTERNOON!!
