We’ve had Rapid Electric out for two jobs in the last few years, most recently a month or so ago. Was very pleased with service both times. This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers. Can’t recommend this company enough whether it’s just a simple problem you’re trying to fix or if you need them to come out do some work.

My grandma loves these guys she said"I'm a senior citizen and I've had rapid electric do all my electricity and maintenance in my totally electric home for almost 5 years they've always been professional they come when they say they're going to come and sometimes they call me and come early so which is terrific I have no other means of getting anything done and my husband has dementia so I appreciate the the gentleman that come and do the work at my house very much.Sincerely, Terry Bello"Services: Electrical wiring installation

We are very happy with the service we received today. The two gentlemen that came to the house were professional, courteous, and very kind. They finished changing our outlets very quickly. I also appreciate that they took their shoes off at the door without being asked.
