Leaking faucet turned out to be more serious and replacement was needed. Sam did a good job trying to repair before we decided to replace. Sam got a replacement and scheduled installation the next day. The quality of the previous plumber I used deteriorated in recent years, so I decided to try Harner. I plan to call Harner for all future plumbing work.
My son in Streetsboro needed several things done in his home, like re-setting a new toilet with a damaged floor/flange, fixing a stuck outside shutoff valve, and fixing a leaking sink drain. We could not have been more pleased with the result. Dana was really responsive and helpful in arranging for Steve to come out, and Steve could not have done a better job. The final bill was very reasonable and it was consistent with how Dana said (up front) the charge would be calculated. Harner Plumbing is now my son's "go to" company for future needs.
