When I became the admin assistant at our church I started looking for a company to handle a church directory for us since we had not had one done before. Rich at Universal came and introduced himself and explained the program and helped me set up some dates for our church. Photographers came to our Club for directory photos. They were very professional and friendly. They put us at ease and helped us to get the best pictures possible. I would certainly use them again.

I am writing to compliment the work of photographer William Whitsett. We spent a few pleasant minutes with William having our portraits made for the church directory. We appreciated his professionalism and the quality of the results. Not everyone is able to immediately put complete strangers at ease in such circumstances. Kudos to William.
