My husband had an appointment Friday June 30th for an umbilical hernia. The doctor was NOT at all concerned about the hernia. She focused on him smoking. She didn’t even look at the hernia nor did she even mention. She told him to come back Monday morning for blood work. He was told someone usually is in the office at 7:45. On our way out the one receptionist was very short and rude. There was also supposed to be a referral sent into a surgeon. Monday July 3rd my husband shows up for blood work and the doors are locked after 8:05. We called and someone finally picked up. However we were told no one’s even there to do blood work and wouldn’t be until Wednesday....read full review

I went to the Bucyrus office for an illness and was treated well by the staff. I scheduled via MyChart and was able to get in the next morning! I’ve had the CNP, Paula, at another provider in town and knew her to be excellent. She is attentive, thorough, and kind. It’s nice to have another health care provider in town.
