“I cannot say enough good things about Lori. She is simply the best. She helped me sell my condo and she helped me find my dream house. I am not the easiest person to work with. I am filled with fears and anxieties and I frequently get discouraged and want to give up. Lori listened to all of my concerns and made me feel calm and confident. She led me through the selling and buying process step-by-step in a way that didn't overwhelm me (a near impossible feat). Lori is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had and was able to explain things in a way I could understand. When I ran into problems and snags, and needed to fix things, she calmly told me what to do and who to call. There was zero confusion or stress (and I am prone to confusion and stress). I loved how she had a plan and gave me only one task at a time. I felt safe, seen, and understood. I always felt like I was in very capable hands. I would describe Lori as genuine, kind, understanding, extremely intelligent and hard working, knowledgeable, compassionate and down to earth. I always felt like I was her top priority. She is a stellar human being and my life is better for knowing her. She exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot recommend her enough. If realtors got grades, Lori would get an A+ with extra gold stars.”
