Was seen monday for flu like symptoms got sent home with antibiotics and was never swabbed for flu. Wednesday both step daughters were seen for same symptoms they were swabbed and tested positive. They were prescribed Tamiflu. I am still sick so I called back in and told them I was never swabbed but 2 people in my house just tested positive. They told me I had to come back and be seen again if I wanted Tamiflu. If they would have done their job right the 1st time I would have went home with the correct medicine. Its all about the money and how many Co Pays they can get out of you. 1st time going there and wont ever go back.

Just left their walk-in clinic to see about getting a painful skin tag removed. Our regular doctor at Avita, Dr. Brown, said he did not have the instruments to remove a skin tag. After calling our insurance provider, they suggested we try the walk-in clinic. Interesting that Ohio Health had the same answer. At least the provider on call had a recommendation of a couple of dermatology centers rather than waiting the seven months for a dermatology opening at Advanced Dermatology of North Central Ohio. Why is it so hard? When I was active duty, the ships doctor just took a pair of tweezers and a scalpel to remove a skin tag and then applied a bandage! I just don’t understand, I guess that’s why I am a layman.

They have always been fast, helpful, and super friendly. There's another urgent care between me and this one and I'll drive past it to go here because I'll probably be seen sooner anyway. Quality of care has always been great, and the two providers I saw were both very capable and professional.

We have gone to this urgent care twice now for ear infections for my little girl. They have been absolutely amazing both times and I appreciate them so much. Very quick and attentive to our needs. . Highly recommended I will not be going anywhere else!

When you first get there the lady that checks you in, nice as can be! The nurse was so kind also! I saw Stephanie and she is great!! So personable! Was in and out within 30 minutes! 🙂

Stephanie was fantastic! I got in a lot quicker than I have in any urgent care around the area and she listened and understood my concerns. She looked out for me and was so personable! Honestly everyone I encountered here were wonderful! Exactly what you’d want from a healthcare worker. I hope I don’t have to come again (I want to be healthy!) but if I am ill I will be coming here again.

It's pretty clear whatever doctor was working tonight was too lazy to do her job and in a hurry to get out of there. Went in at 8:20 and they are open until 9. The doctor told the receptionist she wouldn't see us tonight we needed to go to the emergency room. Always thought this was the best one in town. My family won't be back
