I had a water line break in my basement which caused my basement to have water damage. I called Mid Ohio Water and Restoration and Guy Mitchell was out the very next day to assess the damage. He explained all findings very thoroughly and was able to get the basement dried out within a few days. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very polite, professional, and reasonable price. I woke up to 4 inches of water in my basement on a Sunday morning. Guy and his team responded to my call and started cleanup within a couple of hours. Guy was helpful and helped guide me through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you have a similar minor disaster happen!
