I went there to determine the quality and cost of using my VA hospital benefits versus my current Medicare Advantage plan. The people at the facility and the facility were excellent, but many changes to my benefits made it impossible to use the VA. For example, co-pays have gone up significantly. They are now far more than my Medicare Advantage plan. I live in Ohio, and the nation's second-leading hospital system, The Cleveland Clinic, is in my Advantage plan network. If I use the VA, only conditions, tests, etc., that can't be conducted by the VA would allow me to use the Cleveland Clinic. This VA is amazing! The staff is friendly and considerate to everyone. It is a night and day difference from other VAs we have been to. Highly recommend getting transfered to this location in the area!!!

An exceptionally clean and modern facility with ample parking and easy to locate in the city of Mansfield. The clinic is staffed with knowledgeable, accessible & courteous employees. This medical facility is a blessing for veterans within a 40 mile radius of Mansfield.
