Always a voicemail never a person. Never get a call back, when you do it's 3 weeks later when you aren't sick anymore! Been this way for over a year since phone systems changed and it's stupid! People need help and medications now! Like I said, normally don't even get a call back!!! I've NEVER gotten a call back the same WEEK!!! why are we leaving voicemails and not going to someone to schedule an appt?!?
