Went to a Tai Chi class for the first time tonight with my wife. Bob King did well showing us a lot of the basics. Isn't something you pick up and master for sure lol. Moves,stance,breathing, balance and so on. Small class size tonight so not to much pressure. I enjoyed it as did my wife.
I found this place to be extraordinar. the instructor seems to be a wonderful human being. the art form is truly an art. I fell in love with the activity of the art form, it's like a poetic dance.
Warm welcoming feeling at every class. Sharon is a great instructor! Great for any skill level. Sharon offers a variety of ways to do many poses that can be more or less challenging. Highly recommend!
