Lewis appliances did explain to me about how the ordering process goes on service parts so my real complaint is with ABC WAREHOUSE and WHIRLPOOL and unless they change their in store policy to at least 30 day return after purchase I won't be doing business with either of those companies anymore again I do apologize to Lewis appliances they just work on the stuff.

The most helpful repair company I've spoken to. Helped me without talking me into a sale or forcing me to do a house call. Genuinely helpful where 4 other local companies were useless!!

We were told 7-10 days for part to come in. It came in 3 days! Julie called and was very nice and Masson came and fixed our washer right away. Masson was very nice and quickly took care of us! Thank you Julie and Masson!
