We are a Third Street Family Health Services campus. Third Street is a network of non-profit community health centers in northcentral Ohio. Third Street provides behavioral health, community health worker, dental, medical, medication-assisted treatment, OB/GYN, pediatric, pharmacy, and podiatry services. Our network includes 9th Street Dental, Ashland Health & Wellness Center, Bucyrus Health & Wellness Center, Community Health Workers & Health Information Management, Cornerstone OB/GYN, Five Points Primary Care, Malabar Care Connect, Mansfield Family Health, Third Street Family Health Services, Third Street Family Health Services Pharmacy, Hawkins Medical Center, and Shelby Health & Wellness Center.

Some of the rudest people I had ever met in my life luckily I didn't need anything serious but a wellness exam for my work after asking for a paper saying that I had my wellness exam I could hear the doctor speaking to the secretary making jokes and tell her hey I don't know the reason don't shoot the messenger which means they were literally complaining about having to do their job and at first I thought he was friendly and informative until that if you need some quick paper work go here if you want actual professionals please go somewhere else ?
This was my first visit with Dr Davis trying to get some things figured out kidney issues anyways he just seemed very almost snobby I was telling about my kidney issues and explaining why I'm on the medication I'm on in it just kind of just shakes his head like I don't know you just try to you just made me feel like I was dumb or something or like I was lying about how I felt it's like I'm 35 years old but anyways very disrespectful doctor he's not even board certified but anyway that's my experience for the first time
If you would like to be treated with any type of respect or professional definitely go elsewhere. If it is connected in any way with Third Street Health it is a Total waste of time.
