EZ Heat did great work in replacing the drain line in my house. Charlie and Jayden did a thorough inspection and estimate on the work, and they were so understanding with regard to the immediate nature of the situation. Skip, Charlie, and Jayden did an excellent job getting the problem fixed as quickly as possible, and this was no small feat. I am so impressed with the work that they completed. Very reasonably priced as well! A very satisfied customer. Always support local small businesses!!
Great customer service. Called late afternoon and was able to on schedule early the next morning . Great communication about appointment time and even called that they were running a few mins (10-15 mins) behind schedule. Charles and Jayden were knowledgeable. Diagnosed my issue fast and were able to get me up and running in a very short time. They even checked over entire heating system for any other issues while here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
The team from EZ Heat done a great job installing our new furnace, central air and smart thermostat. They went above and beyond and made two return visits when we had other things come up that we thought were related to the install, but were not. They still took time out to their day (one even on a Sunday, late in the afternoon) to come ensure that everything was okay. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
