Excellent job fixing my washer, it was down for over a week, & was fixed in less than an hour after he got there. Would recommend to friends & will use again in future if i have any other appliance issues.

Came in and diagnosed our problems quickly, fixed the Dryer on the spot. Ordered parts for the fridge and came back 2 days later to fix it. Great people, super knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend

Excellent service. Had a leaky front load washer by GE. Was actually coming from soap dispenser but originally thought it was coming from underneath it. Anyway, they were quick to respond and no more leaking. Fixed it under an hour. Kind folks ....from the call to set up this appointment ( which was next day) to the gentleman who repaired it. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Came to my house to check my side by side refrigerator that was displaying a H1 code. He banged the ice off the freezer with something saying it was the problem, told me to.unplug for a few days as I did plugged back up after 3 days, Same problem, call them back the woman on the phone said she will tell him and call me back 6 days ago no call back so I will not be using this company again.and we've also noticed a large crack in freezer that wasn't there prior to them banging ice off. And I was charged over $74 and some change.

Have had two bad experiences now and will not use again. 1st was for a washer leaking water out the bottom. I was told it was leaking because the “water pressure” was too strong. Once they turned down the the pressure the clothes would still have soap in them. So now I just live with water on the floor after turning the pressure back up. ?? Second experience was with a dishwasher that was not being used but would randomly have water laying in the bottom. They replaced some parts and then the dishwasher started leaking on the floor when ran, which was never a problem before they replaced parts. When they came back out again they stated it probably leaked all over the floor because it hadn’t been ran in a while. ???? Not really sure how this new problem of leaking on the floor was never a problem before and this was their answer.

Had them come out to fix my washer I was told it was a water valve. Took over a week to get them back out to replace it. And my washer still isn't working. He never checked it before he left. Now I have to go buy a new washer after spending 260 dollars to repair this one. I will never use them again. They are unprofessional, and don't know what they are doing. (Used them to fix my dryer belt and they couldn't even do that right)
