I had no heat, freezing tempertures. I called and explained my problem that I needed someone tonight. The lady that answered the phone was professional and courtesy and said she could have someone out later tonight. About 1 hour later Robert showed up, diagnosed the problem with the thermostat. He replaced unit and we had heat in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future. I appreciated their customer service and knowledgeable technician. Our business has been working with Buckeye Horizon for months and our experience with them has been tremendous. The value for their services are the best we've encountered in the past 3 years of using a variety of HVAC specialist company's.
There's a personal touch and a bedside manner that I've not received from any other company we've dealt with. From management down to the onsite technical support we've experienced total professionalism. Many businesses, in the past, would make us wait over a week but many times BH was able to service us within 24 hours.

Daniel King did an excellent job! He was efficient, polite, and neat in his work. We appreciate his attitude and his dedication to the job! The smile on his face makes you happy even in a situation where you aren’t the expert. His patience and effort in explaining everything to me was beyond expectations.
