I had no heat, freezing tempertures. I called and explained my problem that I needed someone tonight. The lady that answered the phone was professional and courtesy and said she could have someone out later tonight. About 1 hour later Robert showed up, diagnosed the problem with the thermostat. He replaced unit and we had heat in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future. I appreciated their customer service and knowledgeable technician. I would rate 10+ out of 10 thank you

My experience with Buckeye Hoizon is very good We moved into our current home 6 years in September and in December of 2024 our furnace quit working and when I seen there name as the people who installed for the previous owner so I call they came right out took care or the problem so in spring of 2025 I join the group for service that done spring and fall and last September the ac froze up I called they were here the next day there service is awesome Thank you Buckeye Horizons

There's a personal touch and a bedside manner that I've not received from any other company we've dealt with. From management down to the onsite technical support we've experienced total professionalism.
