Tom quickly came out to assess my roof for the possibility of missing shingles on my roof. Not only did he tell me that my roof had no signs of damage, but told me that my roof looked to be 5 or less years old and is in good shape. If that truthfulness wasn't enough, Tom also took pictures to show me and he assured me that my roof was still in great shape and needed no repairs. Talk about easing my mind! Absolute Assurance has a great employee in Tom and they should know about his honesty! Thanks, Tom!

Upon reaching out to the Team at Absolute Assurance Restoration they responded on site promptly and offered a direct and detailed explanation of how to move forward with resolving our issues along with giving answers to questions we had as homeowners, Tom was Detail oriented and his solutions/options were totally appropriate and gave a complete resolution to the restoration process in front of us not having to worry about going back and readdressing anything associated with this in the future which was great news for us,The scheduling process and quotes/work agreements were seamless and allowing for the project to move forward with no unnecessary delays.
