This is the best nail salon! Johnny is amazing. Does an excellent manicure and is soooo sweet!!! Been to multiple nail salons since we moved here. Pretty much both Ambience nail salons..the one in Deerfield and Waterstone. Also a few others around the Mainville area. By far RB nail salons has been the best. They are efficient… manicure with Dip polish in less than an hour and it looks amazing. If you need a fix…I chipped my polish with a knife Saturday and called on Sunday for an appt Monday and Jonny got me in at the time I asked for. Only took 15 Minutes for him to fix. And he did a little manicure as well!!! No charge. Will tip him a little extra at next polish...read full review

I am a regular and have always had great service, but I actually wanted to share an experience I saw with another client. An older woman, who appeared to have a health condition that impacted her memory, was receiving a pedicure with Amy. I watched as Amy patiently answered her repeated questions, assured her when she was nervous, and physically helped her when her service was finished. Amazing customer service!Service: Pedicure

I was so hesitant to try a new nail salon after being loyal to one place and one tech FOR YEARS.. the previous places service declined tremendously and i tried to stick with them.. but months on end only gotten worse. RB took me as a walk in today, immediately! Johnny was extremely attentive, soooo detailed and did the best job on my nails today. Surpassed me expectations and had a great personality. He kept me laughing and the atmosphere was great. This will be my new place ongoing and sad I didnt switch sooner. Pricing was also ALOT more reasonable, enabling me to tip better for my satisfaction. Thank you so much Johnny, and RB nails.. i'll be seeing you again soon...read full review
