I Clearly communicated the desired service for my young daughter. I verbally asked for a basic manicure and basic nail polish. They did more than I asked (gel polish) and I was charged $40…. more than double what I expected ($15-18). I sat in the waiting area and did not hover to oversee or I would have noticed it and stopped them. My daughter said they did NOT ask her if she wanted gel. They should have asked me even if they did.When they told me the total I was shocked and reminded them of what I asked for. It was busy and hard to communicate. I will say when visiting the technician definitely matters. I’ve been going here intermittently for 3 years. My most recent was before Easter and they were very busy. I was prepared to wait and be somewhat rushed, no biggie. However while doing my manicure I was cut not once but 3 times. Very aggressive with trying to stop the bleeding which unfortunately lead to swelling. I don’t foresee me returningServices: Dip powder

Nails look awful; ridges in them, nail length uneven on both hands, and technician was more concerned about getting more help to come in rather than taking her time and doing a good job.Service: Gel manicures
