I was a patient of this practice seeing both Dr’s over past 5 years. My children were also patients. I was semi happy with them more so with Ted than with Shelly. However because of Shelly’s treatment and actions yesterday towards my wife and 12 year old daughter, we will no longer be patients.
What should have been a routine consultation on ADHD medication turned into a riot act on how we have not been doing everything else besides trying medications. At one point my daughter started laughing when Shelly said we should be doing reward based systems and other aids, saying mommy we do all of this already. Great all around. Always do whatever they can to see you as soon as possible. All staff are kind, professional and ready to help.
Would recommend Dr. Ted to anyone.
I've been seeing Dr Stanforth several years. I've found her to be very patient and attentive. The rest of the staff have treated me very well also. I've experienced a couple of issues over the years with billing and changes to their portal access but nothing you might not experience anywhere else.
