Ilya was great with his knowledge on the furnace, and what needs to be done to repair it. He tried multiple steps so we don't need to replace the whole unit. Luke at the main office was great with scheduling, timely communication and they both ensured we ordered and received the needed furnace parts on time. This was critical with the current cold wave going on. Appreciate team Fuse here.
