I had carpet brought into my home that was infested with bed bugs. installers name was Matt Boatrite and when contacted and told about the issue.. he replied "YOUR FULL OF SHIT" then blocked my phone number. this is very unprofessional and now money out of my pocket as a single mom of four children working with one income to fix this! im praying I dont loose everything myself and my children own!
