Sending some love and certainly some well deserved recognition to Madison TNT employee, Brian!! Saturday morning , not even 10 am yet and the lobby is full while each bed is in use. I’m waiting to get checked in, the phone is ringing and 2 more people just walked in. Brian, the only employee staffed at this time, single-handedly took care of each customer patiently and efficiently without allowing the pressure and chaos to overwhelm or hinder his performance. Just wanted to say great job!!!

Clean beds. Everything seemed newer. Staff is friendly. The only thing that I "dislike" is their weekend hours. Saturday they close before 5pm and Sunday before 4pm. Or I would give them 5 stars. Understand that I'm being overly critical ? My sisters go here all the time!
