Hats off to tom, he is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but friendly as well. Hard to find to these days. I took my computer to another person in the area who said it couldn't be repaired and if by chance wasn't worth the money. I later find out I paid him to diagnosis it and he didn't he didn't even take the back off. Shame on you. Anyone in need of repair, I highly recommend NEO PC Solutions!! Job well done
