Pretty annoying that they terminated us when I was at my husbands cousins funeral and I totally forgot about our appt..... no warning or anything. I honestly think they dissmissed us bc I'm not about the vaccines. Pretty sad, they care more to get money than a child's health. Wouldn't recommend

The doctors and staff are wonderful but every time I call in for the nurse line, I get Diana. I have three children and I’ve never had to second guess calling in to ask anything, because she is always so pleasant and makes everything relatable. She is extremely personable, always returns calls, super friendly and always makes me feel comfortable and understood, regardless of what my call was about. It’s so uncommon to speak to someone like this (especially in a doc office) and I just wanted to give her the recognition, as she is so appreciated!

Awful experience. Dr. Tina M. Koval is the most insufficient health professional I’ve ever encountered. This is the second time she’s been unhelpful for my situation. I was treated heavily improperly, ONCE AGAIN from this same lady who is supposed to be a “nurse.” I came in to get an antibiotic for an ear infection that I had already been prescribed for In the past from Dr. Bell for the same exact issue I’m currently having, only worse. Instead, she try’s to set me up with an over the counter medication that I’ve already tried before that didn’t help whatsoever, which I explained.
