Arrived the next morning first thing. This time outdoor spigot that need replaced and was leaking. Brian and Justin gave me a few options to choose from. Had me fixed up right away with a superior product compared to the several replacements that I had dealt with over the years
We had Paul and Uli at our home to repair our drain in our shower and fix our tankless water heater. They have both been here before on other calls and, as usual, they were thorough and professional. We highly recommend Hearn fir all your heating and plumbing needs!
Would give 5 but....So the technician was amazing! my hubby and I were blown away with their knowledge and professionalism. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because company rep I spoke to on the phone failed to mention a service charge fee of almost an extra $89 we were not counting on spending. be sure to ask up front ( I feel companies should tell you before coming out).
