My sister needed to be seen by the walk in clinic. And the wait time wasn't that long the staff was amazing and the NP took her time and explained everything to my sister in terms that she could understand. Even the nurse explained everything to my sister how to do the testing that the dr ordered. Even the next day when the test results came back the NP sent a message on the findings and explained how to treat it. The prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy and when my sister called and talked to someone that was on call it was fixed within 20 minutes. I would recommend this for any urgent care visits. I just started going to this location last summer and I highly recommend it. It’s an older office, but the staff is so friendly and accommodating, I had my first mammogram there this week and the girl was so nice and accommodating To me not being able to stand too long because of a knee issue. And my doctor I started seeing it’s not a pill pusher. She really takes her time to get to the root of the problem.
Dr. Majetich is an exceptional physician. She consistently takes the time to explain medical information clearly and ensures all of my questions are answered. Her thoughtful and attentive approach makes me feel genuinely cared for and confident in the care I’m receiving.
The nursing staff is equally impressive. Professional, compassionate, and focused on making patients feel comfortable throughout the visit. The front desk team is among the best I’ve encountered friendly, efficient, and well-organized.
