Ive tanned here for 6 months. I’ve also tanned at multiple other businesses throughout the country for far longer than I’d like to admit.The staff is usually friendly. Some more than others.The UV tanning beds are decent but for the price, I’ve had much better options. Their most expensive beds are moderate beds at other salons. The price does not reflect this. Bulbs have been burned out more than once.I then switched to exclusively spray tanning. There are 3 levels of tan. The $50 membership does not include the 3rd level. Makes absolutely no sense to me.There is usually an option for a “post spray treatment” (basically a lotion). However this machine is broken....read full review

Yesterday was my first spray tan visit, and I was thrilled with the results! Not only was I treated with courteous and friendly welcoming, but the TNT tanning salon was clean, cheery, and the prices were great! I highly recommend the TNT tanning salon!!!!

Terrible customer service. Old, broken equipment and in some cases very small rooms. When a problem occurs the staff ignores the situation and leaves you feeling totally scammed. Both Macedonia and the Stow locations are in competition for the worst possible place to go. I can't decide which one was worse!!
