From the first time we talked to the nice folks at Dahl House on the phone, they have inspired confidence and have just been wonderful. We left our pup with them for 8 nights while we were out of town and returned to all smiles and excitement from our dog -- who was very happy to see us but honestly didn't seem all that eager to leave, LOL! Seems like a great endorsement to me!
The reception part of the Dahl House is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Always there for me. Neither Dog A or Dog B (AKA Charlott and Pilgrim) ever complained. Ted, Denise and their staff are the best! When I travel I never worry.
We utilized Dahl House for grooming, boarding, & daycare for our Lily while living in Ohio. Everyone was genuinely so kind & sweet with her. At times we'd run into team members out walking & they'd always stop to say hello to her. They have been nothing but fantastic for all services & will be bringing her back when we visit the area again.
