We had Dan perform a general home inspection as well as septic inspection. Not only was he very reasonably priced, he was extremely thorough and took the time at the end of his inspection to give us a run down of the report. He had the report sent over within 10 minutes! Dan was on time, responsive with questions we had prior to inspection day and very professional. We will highly recommend him to friends and family as well as use him again if we ever needed too.
Very thorough and reasonably priced. Dan made sure that I was not only aware of, but educated about all of the issues found. He even got into the attic and what the sellers described as an inaccessible crawlspace. He left no stone unturned.
