This was the best haircut I’ve had in Years. Jennifer was amazing. The blending on my fade is totally next level. The only time I’ve ever had blending this good was a place in Atlanta attached to a soul food place. I would highly recommend Jennifer, excellent haircut.

Understaffed and the stylists do not communicate with customers in the lobby when other appointments are booked. Computer system check in (no human interaction when arriving) also does not show queue order to know how long you may have to wait for a walk in.

The family that came in 10 minutes after I had checked in were able to go back before me. When I voiced the fact that I arrive before them, the stylist quite rudely said "they have an appointment so that doesn't matter" and walked away. She seemed insulted/annoyed that I didn't know they had an appointment (again, no systems or humans communicated this to me until the interaction that I prompted).

My husband got his haircut by a stylist name Sinequa. She did a awesome job. She is a new stylist at this location. Very professional. My husband is handsome. I can't stop looking at him. Thanks Sinequa. See you in a few weeks.Service: Haircut
