They got out in good timing and diagnosed the problem within an hour. They were very professional and worked a long day to replace the system. The quality of their work was impressive. They worked very hard during a horrible heat wave to provide air and also did duct work. They are fast, friendly, and honest. They were very upfront about what they could do. They came out Monday morning and did a fantastic job. They show up. They definitely care about their customers. They sat out in the mud and rain just to get the AC unit fixed. Amazing! My gas line froze and they got out here in good timing and diagnosed the problem within an hour. They said it should be back on by the next day, I will update my review to let you know. The gentleman who came out instructed me on how to bleed my gas line to make sure I knew I had gas and such. It is freezing right now with horrible temperatures and ice build up, and he did not complain once! This company is amazing and deserves everything good coming to them! I will forever tell everyone about Anderson Heat & Cool! Thank you guys!
